These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of https://aireviewdesk.com/ (the “Website”) and the services made available through it. The Website is operated by BitBright Technologies (“AIReviewDesk”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Website, creating or using an account, submitting an AI tool, purchasing a listing or promotional service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.

1. Nature of the Website

AIReviewDesk provides information and editorial content about AI tools and software, including tool listings, reviews, comparisons, guides, tutorials, and news.

Information about third-party products and services may be incomplete, change over time, or depend on the provider’s own terms, pricing, availability, and product configuration.

AIReviewDesk is not the provider of the third-party AI tools listed on the Website unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Accounts and Access

Certain services require an AIReviewDesk account. Public registration may be restricted or unavailable; accounts for tool submitters may be created through the controlled submission and payment workflow.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our users, our services, or our legal interests, or where the user has violated these Terms.

3. Tool Submissions

Only a person who is authorised to act for the tool owner, operator, developer, publisher, or other relevant rights holder should submit a tool.

By submitting a tool, you represent that the information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the necessary rights and authority, and that the submission does not intentionally mislead users or unlawfully infringe third-party rights.

Submission does not guarantee publication. We may reject, edit, delay, restrict, or remove a submission for editorial, quality, legal, security, accuracy, eligibility, or operational reasons.

AIReviewDesk may request additional information or evidence to verify material claims before publication.

4. Standard Listing

The Standard Listing is a paid, one-time service for the review and processing of an eligible AI tool submission.

Current listed price: US$29 one-time, unless another price is clearly displayed to you at checkout and accepted as part of the transaction.

Payment does not guarantee publication. Publication remains subject to our review and acceptance process.

5. Featured Service

The Featured service is a recurring promotional placement service.

Current listed price: US$79 per month, unless another price is clearly displayed to you at checkout and accepted as part of the transaction.

Featured benefits are provided only after the relevant eligibility, review, and publication requirements have been satisfied, as described on the purchase page.

Featured placement may increase visibility in designated promotional areas but does not automatically change editorial ratings or review conclusions.

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Billing

Prices and billing terms are presented at checkout. Any applicable taxes or compulsory charges will be presented or applied as required by law and the checkout configuration.

You are responsible for reviewing the plan, amount, billing frequency, and applicable terms before completing payment.

We may correct obvious pricing or display errors before a transaction is accepted. We will not intentionally misrepresent the price of a service.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay where applicable.

AIReviewDesk does not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, or other payment-instrument credentials on its own servers.

You must use an authorised payment method. Fraudulent, unauthorised, or abusive payment activity may result in cancellation, suspension, or other appropriate action.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where the law provides a mandatory refund or cancellation right, that right is not excluded by this policy.

For Featured subscriptions, cancellation generally prevents future renewals; unless otherwise required by law or stated at purchase, cancellation does not create an automatic pro-rata refund for an already-paid billing period.

9. Submitted Materials and Licence

You retain ownership of your submitted materials, subject to the rights granted below.

By submitting descriptions, logos, screenshots, product information, or similar materials, you grant AIReviewDesk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, edit, adapt, and distribute those materials as reasonably necessary to publish, maintain, promote, and administer the relevant listing and Website.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.

10. Accuracy and Third-Party Information

AIReviewDesk may rely on information supplied by tool providers, public sources, and our own research.

We do not guarantee that every third-party claim, feature description, price, availability statement, or performance representation is always current or complete.

Tool providers remain responsible for their products, services, claims, terms, support, security, and customer transactions.

11. Editorial Independence and Commercial Disclosure

AIReviewDesk may receive affiliate commissions or other commercial compensation from certain links or services.

Paid listing or Featured placement does not guarantee a positive editorial review, editorial recommendation, rating, or conclusion.

Commercial placements may be identified as Featured, Sponsored, or otherwise disclosed where appropriate.

12. Reviews, Ratings, and User Content

Editorial ratings and reviews represent the opinions and evaluations of AIReviewDesk based on the information and testing available at the time of publication or update.

If user-generated reviews or ratings are enabled in the future, they may be subject to moderation and may be removed when they violate our rules, these Terms, or applicable law.

You must not submit fake reviews, manipulate ratings, impersonate customers, or use automated activity to distort listings, rankings, or engagement.

13. Directory Visibility and Ranking

AIReviewDesk may order, feature, filter, or categorize tools using operational or editorial factors such as relevance, category, completeness, editorial assessment, recency, popularity or engagement, and other criteria that may change over time.

Featured placement may affect visibility in designated promotional areas. Payment does not automatically change an editorial rating or review conclusion.

14. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious purposes.

You must not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Website, manipulate ratings, submit deceptive tool information, infringe third-party rights, or misuse another person’s account.

We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, or third parties.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original Website design, text, graphics, branding, and other content created by AIReviewDesk are owned by or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit our original content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website contains links to third-party websites and services. AIReviewDesk does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, availability, pricing, or performance.

Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

17. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a Website feature or service when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability, although we take reasonable steps to maintain the service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised Effective Date.

18. Disclaimer

AIReviewDesk provides information and content for general informational and educational purposes.

Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial, investment, medical, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.

We do not guarantee that a third-party AI tool will achieve a particular result, remain available, or continue to offer a particular feature or price.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIReviewDesk and BitBright Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Website or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold AIReviewDesk and BitBright Technologies harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

21. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information and forms part of these Terms.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.

Subject to mandatory jurisdictional rights that cannot be excluded, courts at Patna, Bihar, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

23. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, labour disruptions, or major Internet or third-party service interruptions.

24. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
